It solves for the route, not the list. Given your countries, days and pace it orders stops to minimise backtracking, keeps drive legs under the length you allowed, puts long transfers on days where you have not just arrived, and splits nights so each place gets a sensible stay. Change a night count or drop a stop and it re-solves everything, including the cost.
That is what it is built for. Pick as many countries as you like at world level in any order — Free covers two, Plus six, Pro no limit. Outrouted then handles the border legs, works out whether each hop should be a drive, a train or a flight, and checks each country for visa requirements against your home country.
Prices are estimates for planning, assembled from public and licensed data and updated regularly, not live quotes. They get you within a sensible margin so you can compare three routes honestly. Once you book, the real number replaces the estimate on that line.
The preparation layer. Outrouted reads your finished route and generates the task list it implies: permits with their lead times, tickets that sell out, vaccinations, insurance, the hotel you still have not booked. Each task carries why it exists, what it costs, and a link to the official source. Visa and permit tasks break down into steps, and anything Outrouted cannot verify is labelled as external.
Only you, until you decide otherwise. Invite up to six travellers as editors on Plus, or turn on a public read-only link that anyone can open without an account. Turn the link off and it stops working immediately.
