Before you pay
Yes. Free searches routes without limit and gives you the complete map, itinerary and budget for each one. What it does not do is keep more than one of them, or let you change a generated route once it exists. If you only travel once a year, Free may be all you need.
Plus is about the trip itself: unlimited saved trips, full editing, up to six travellers, share links and export. Pro is about everything that has to happen before you leave — the generated preparation list, visa and permit step guides with their lead times, deadline alerts and the offline pack. If your trip needs a permit, a timed ticket or a vaccination, Pro pays for itself once.
Nothing is deleted. Your plan runs to the end of the period you already paid for, then the account drops to Free: every trip stays visible and exportable, but only one stays editable. Resubscribe and all of them unlock again exactly as they were.
No. Outrouted links out to the hotel or the official ticket office and you book there. Prices shown are estimates for planning, not offers, and we do not mark anything up.
No, and we are careful about that line. Pro tells you which permits your route needs, how long each takes, what documents to gather, and links to the official government portal. You submit the application yourself. Anything Outrouted cannot verify is labelled as external.
Any time. Switching to annual charges the difference for the rest of the current period. Switching back to monthly takes effect when the annual period ends.
Six on Plus and Pro, including you. Everyone invited is an Editor and can change the route; only the owner can delete the trip or manage billing. Public share links are separate and always read-only.
