Terms of service

1.Who we are

Outrouted is operated by Outrouted UAB, registered in Vilnius, Lithuania. "We" means that company; "you" means the person using the service, whether or not you pay.

2.What the service does

Outrouted generates travel routes and itineraries from inputs you give us — countries, dates, party size, budget, pace and interests — and shows them on a map with estimated costs.

Everything Outrouted produces is a plan, not a booking. We do not sell flights, rooms, tickets or insurance, and we take no commission on anything you book elsewhere.

• Prices are estimates assembled from public and licensed data, and they move.
• Drive times assume normal conditions and legal speeds.
• Opening hours, permit rules and visa requirements can change without us knowing.

3.Your account

One account per person. Keep the password to yourself; anything done from your account is treated as done by you.

You must be 16 or older to hold an account. If you are younger, a parent or guardian can hold it and add you as a traveller.

4.Plans and payment

Free needs no card. Plus and Pro are charged in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until cancelled.

Cancel any time in Billing. Access continues to the end of the period you already paid for, then the account drops to Free. We do not pro-rate part-months.

• Fourteen day refund on your first paid period, no questions.
• After that, refunds only where the law requires them.
• Prices can change with 30 days notice; your current period is never re-priced.

5.What you must not do

Do not scrape, resell or re-publish the routes, prices or map data. Do not use the service to plan anything illegal. Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse engineer it.

We can suspend an account that does these things, and will tell you why.

6.Preparation guidance

Pro generates preparation tasks, including visa and permit steps. This is guidance assembled from official sources; it is not legal or immigration advice and we do not submit applications for you.

Always confirm requirements with the relevant government before you travel. Where a task involves an external authority, the interface labels it as external.

7.Liability

We are responsible for running the service with reasonable care. We are not responsible for the trip itself — missed connections, closed attractions, refused entry, or prices that changed after you planned.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months.

8.Changes and ending

We may change these terms; material changes get 30 days notice by email. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.

You can delete your account at any time from Account. Deleting removes your trips permanently.

9.Law and disputes

Lithuanian law applies, and the courts of Vilnius have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the protections of your own country.
