Which one fits
One trip coming up
A Trip Pass covers it for 12 months from the day you pay. Change the dates as often as you like; the trip keeps its Pass.
More than one trip this year
Traveller covers each trip you choose while the year is paid. Bought a Trip Pass in the last 30 days? It counts toward your first year, so that year is charged €30.

Before you pay
Yes, up to a point. Free searches routes without limit and shows the map, the stops, the nights and the estimated budget of every route. It also builds one of them into a detailed trip, yours for good, with its days, places to sleep, weather and checklist. What it does not do is build a second one, or let you change, share or export a trip once it exists. If you only travel once a year and want to read the plan rather than change it, Free may be all you need.
Both open the same things on a trip: editing, three re-plans, a share link, print and calendar export, and the checklist's ticks, notes and booking records. A Trip Pass is one payment for one trip and lasts twelve months. Traveller is a yearly subscription that covers every trip you open while the year is paid, with no limit on how many. One trip a year, and the pass is the smaller bill.
No. You pay once, it covers that trip for twelve months, and then it stops. Nothing is charged again. The trip stays yours to read, and a new pass opens it for another twelve months.
Nothing is deleted. Traveller runs to the end of the year you paid for, and the trips you opened with it stay open until then. After that every trip stays readable, notes and booking records included, and a Trip Pass opens any one of them again. Cancelling is two clicks in Billing. No email to send, nobody to talk to, and no discount offered to make you stay.
Within 14 days of buying a Trip Pass or starting Traveller, yes, for any reason and without giving one. That is your statutory right of withdrawal, and we do not ask you to waive it in exchange for immediate access, so you get both. Beyond those 14 days the first paid period is still refundable if the product was not what you expected. After that, refunds are for when something is genuinely wrong, and they are proportionate. The refunds page has the detail, including the formal wording if you want to use it.
Yes. Outrouted may earn a commission when you book through paid partner links. Our affiliate programmes are Booking.com, LOT Polish Airlines, Ferryhopper and EconomyBookings. The provider pays us from its margin. You pay its ordinary price, with no surcharge or discount for using our link. Partners cannot pay to move a route, stay or stop higher. You book on their site, under their terms.
No, and we are careful about that line. Outrouted does not know which visas or permits apply to you, because it holds no passport or nationality. The checklist asks you to check each country with its immigration authority and your carrier, and links to a general service for it. You make any application yourself.
Just you, for now. Inviting other editors is not on offer yet. A share link gives anyone a read-only copy of the route, no account needed.
